With between 100k and 120k attendees, Autodesk University is Autodesk’s largest single global event/activation annually. In 2021 we made the decision to move from 8 in-person events around the world to a single global digital event, presenting new logistical and creative challenges and opportunities.

In addition to extensive changes to the event and experience design, we also re-invented our marketing campaign to drive registration and attendance. We pivoted from 8 discreet campaigns in 8 markets to a single integrated global campaign in 7 languages.
